@rzan1700 56:21 (102mph) & 55:22 (110mph) were optional gear ratios for EMD locomotives. GE also had a similar gear ratio chart but their numbers were much different.

Oh and these engines are massive too! in these F units you have the 567B prime mover in them, 567 is actually the displacement per cylinder, and these engines are v12's with 1.5K horsepower, supercharged too!

The fastest I have gotten in TSW 3 on a diesel loco was 200MPH Nobody asked but it was Laramie-Cheyenne, notch 8 all the way with the BNSF SD70ACe, the fastest I have on timetable is 154MPh

Little trick is go to idle in f7 then notch one then force the handle to braking and then notch 8 it won’t stall it’ll stay in parallel and pull at notch 8 instead of dynamic breaking
