And honestly what you saw is my authentic emotions to it. It was sad but the stubbornness in me wouldn’t allow me to cry at a zombie movie. I didn’t denied the crying because I was afraid of judgement of others, I denied the crying because to me it didn’t feel right. I’ve watched it 5 times since I recorded and I still don’t feel it’s right to cry at it. So what you saw is 100% what I felt - J

To me, yes it’s a zombie movie, but at its core, it’s a human movie. I sobbed the first time I saw this and have cried every time since. The filmmakers didn’t just try to tug the emotional strings. They grabbed ‘em and ripped as hard as they could. I’m not ashamed to admit it worked on me! Can’t say I understand your reluctance to cry at a zombie movie, but I do respect it. Everyone’s different! Thanks for sharing your experience!

The only zombie movie to make me cry! And the dad had a whole character arc which was amazing. One other reviewer said that the tough guy who died was a great example of non-toxic masculinity - tough but non-selfish with a good heart. So the dad achieved that at the end and became a hero, too.

That's awesome that Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat watches your channel, and sent you that amazing gift. He was one of my favorites growing up as well. So many classic matches, but his matches against Ric Flair will never be equaled. And this movie, for me, is the best zombie movie to come out in years. I typically don't care for running zombies much, but they did a good job with them in this one. This movie is also getting an English remake, Last Train to New York, but who knows how that's going to turn out. It was supposed to be out this year, but Evil Dead Rise took it's slot. Which is another one I'm looking forward to you getting to, as they brought the horror back to the franchise with that one.

HBK has always been my fave, and I had managed to get second row seats for the first time. My lungs had different plans. I was in the hospital and there was no way I could go. My mom went in my place and took lots of pictures. She felt terrible that I missed it. A couple of weeks later I got a package from the WWE (WWF at the time). Contained autographed pictures of HBK, The Undertaker, and a couple of special edition magazines. I'm pushing 50 now. Still have the pictures framed on my wall. ❤ Your excitement for the Funco Pop, made me smile. Too cool. ❤
