TRAIN to HOME...a walkthrough of Matsukawa City (Higashiyama)

This was my first time walking into the village where the home I'm interested in is located. Come along to see it at street level

It's so quiet and beautiful which is exactly what I was looking for. The great part is that anything you want to go to is within 10-20 minutes away too so an even bigger bonus!

@@MatsukawaZaraki Sounds perfect! Our place is similar. Lovely rural area, but there is a Lawsons, laundromat and gas station just across the rice fields and a major town a 10 minute drive away. Beach is 15 mins, ski resort 30 mins, airport 25 mins. Location is important and its hard to find one that ticks all the boxes!

@@NekoAshiJapan you got that right! The JR station is 5 minutes from the house and from there roughly 30 minutes into the main town where you can catch a shinkansen to anywhere and is only a 20 minute ride to Sendai where there's an international airport. Ichinoseki is also a very touristy area and a lot of the sites are within 20-30 minutes from the house which makes Airbnb and guided tours a really viable option for me over there. I'm super excited for all of it!
