Yes! this Is God manifesting something and to see this 4 years later is amazing. Where philosophies collide to agree on what we need to visualize as a “process” needed to grow.

I thought static stretching before a workout was bad?
@Knappnax
@Knappnax 5 жыл бұрын
David McCall it is rather that stretching your muscles when they are cold doesn’t give you any benefit. But Kai did a few exercises before already to activate the muscles and then you can stretch them and it makes sense to do so.
@Knappnax
@Knappnax 5 жыл бұрын
That is also why for example football players first run a bit and do a bit of this and that in order to then stretch properly before the heavy training to prevent injuries and be more capable.

flexluis84 it does make sense. the abs is the center of your body so starting training abs makes you feel more connected with your whole body
@kevinmarins9759

Makes no sense to you because you’re not paying attention to what he is saying. Go on google, and search “why workout abs before workout”. I’ve been experiencing BETTER results, more stabilized, more focus, concentration, more connection with the whole body. You have to connect. It’s not just abs. He talks about the gluts too. Maybe you don’t deadlift or squat heavy enough to understand this concept.... search, and TRY it yourself before judging and talking shit. Anybody can talk shit, it’s easy.

All the mumbo jumbo of Jesus and awakening is bull shot fed to you. You are born free in world, after gaining conciousness, you only owe everything to your parents, your guru who teaches you and Mother Nature Herself. Do good Karma, that's the key to success in anything. The jesus and sin is bullshit. You pay for your karma, or somebody else does. A thought, an effort is karma. Let it be good. Forget the Jesus. You guys were " Pagans" .

@zhanbrodeth246
@zhanbrodeth246 5 жыл бұрын
I find you very insulting bro,you can't teach anything,If I'am to be your student,I would rather cut classes with your pathetic "LIFE" lessons.It does not matter if you are a Christian,a Muslim,a Hindu,a Budhist,or maybe an Athiest,what matters is you and your life.A big part of life is "RESPECT";example is when Stephen hawking(may he rest in peace) meets pope francis,he greeted him with honor and respect.We all know that Stephen Hawking is an Athiest but I find him that he is respectful and humble.So respect if you want to be respected by your works.
