Great Rino ! Thanks , prefer these static holds to the micro flexing ones that Devon shows for rising .

Hi. I heard you telling that you train every day for like about 3 hours and sometimes more than that. Can you make a video about that, like how intense this training and what you do and stuff? Thanks :))

Thanks for the great video! I was wondering for the first movement: why the belt should not be over your knuckles? I think it's more difficult if you put it over your knuckles to completely over your fingers. What's your opinion? Cheers!

Hello Rino, Thank you so much for your video, i love your explanation. I have only a question, how about the rising exercise on the table, When i pull back can i Cup my hand? Like i am simulating a match or is counterproductive? Please let me know 😊

Happy ti see you share tour training, question for you what do you do when your backpressure doesn't increase? If i have pain or not It more than 2 month that my backpressure Is stady in every way i train It....Hope you can help me
@rinomasic7274
@rinomasic7274 2 жыл бұрын
Hi, well if you have pain anywhere in your arm you should take care of that first and then try training you backpressure, if you still don't see any progress, try to do low volume training but big weight for your backpressure ( it might take a couple of weeks before you see any results ). Hope this helps 😄

why not over the knuckles? and why is this the only muscle to train static, in comparison with biceps, cup etc?
@rinomasic7274
@rinomasic7274 2 жыл бұрын
I don't advise you to put the belt over your knuckles because when you use bigger weights it can hurt quite a lot, same goes with putting the belt over your fingers, it can feel like they are being crushed by the belt. You should train it statically because at the start of a match you don't move your riser at all, you hold it statically and you want it to be strongest from the very beginning of the match 😊

Do you knees hurt after doing the first two exercises?
@rinomasic7274
@rinomasic7274 2 жыл бұрын
No, they do not, as the amount of weight that your hammer and rising can take is not nearly enough to make your knees hurt :)

#1 - What is the difference between doing a static hold for rising instead of reps? In the 1st demo exercise you are dropping the weight to make reps. #2 - When doing the hammer curls, why hold the strap and not the dumbbell? Is it to create resistance on the fingers instead of only the palm of the hand?
@rinomasic7274
@rinomasic7274 2 жыл бұрын
There is not a big difference between static and doing reps. The only difference would be that when you do it for reps it trains your hammer more than the static, but the static better targets rising because it increases the time under tension. Sorry but I don't understand the second question 😅
@americanlostinvietnam3721
@americanlostinvietnam3721 2 жыл бұрын
@@rinomasic7274 thanks for your reply. The 2nd question was about the 2nd exercise. You were doing hammer type curls using a strap. It means you were moving the forearm up and down holding the strap around your knuckles. Why use the straps? Does it put more focus on the fingers, and not the hand? I don't have straps so I hold the weight in my hand.

@@americanlostinvietnam3721 Thank you for clarifying! I highly suggest you to buy a judo belt as it is the most versatile tool an arm wrestler can have. I do it through my fingers and hand like that so I don't need to rely on my grip strength to lift the weight. Hope this helps :)
