Took arm wrestling serious for the first time in my life and train for it previous whole week...... can't even lift arms now and have excruciating pain , am a calisthenics athlete and i felt that , just imagine the hard work these people like Devon Laratt and John Brzenk put through their bodies for arms like that.
@gripnrip56332 жыл бұрын
Tbh John did nothing but bodyweight exercises and armwrestling, anything beyond that is complicating the simplicity of armwrestling
@Sumppa2 жыл бұрын
@@gripnrip5633 that is not correct. John said he trained his bench to 180kg back in the days to see if it helps in arm wrestling. Prolly did alot of other stuff aswell. When John says he doesn't believe weights increasing your arm wrestling doesn't mean he didn't do it for testing.

All i currently have is a 5 gallon bucket i filled with things and a belt and I try to do my best to get the same angles as you but its hard. I will get a pulley system soon. I am unfortunately hesitant to go anywhere to start table work, cause I feel I am too week. Feel like id make myself look stupid but maybe after a few months following your lifts. Thank you a lot. Hand control ( wrist, fingers) is important but amrwrestlers need also some pulling power from training with handle (not just with belt) on cable machine, strong back etc. Michael has only one move in his pocket ( toproll) but toproller Devon develop all kind of strenght which armwrestlers can use (flexors, side press, etc)
