This is exactly how SFMM should have built it following the old footprint of the original colossus, Too bad they literally used only half the rides footprint in the design we currently have.

@@jaya1000 Well not exactly, the stats on this coaster would actually be very similar to Steel Vengeance's stats, so maintenance costs would be pretty identical. Steel Vengeance just basically proves that it's possible

Ikr...although me personally, still love TC, THIS concept would have been so much better, because not only does the layout follows the original footprint of Colossus, but the height has been lifted to hyper status....with the twists and inversions...plus it's programmed to dual every time.

Even though it's a concept, I just wouldn't want this ride to be too overwhelming. It would already be the world's longest coaster in both length and duration, so I feel like it would need just a few mild sections. Thanks tho!

It's down for some routine structural maintenance. Wooden and hybrid coasters need it more than steel coasters because the wood wears out faster.

I don't have a PC, but If I do, I would Gravity Grouped Colossus. It would be like a racing version of the [Defunct] Coaster, Big Beast at Edgewater Park featuring helixes on both tracks and tunnels. If I was in charge of Six Flags Magic Mountain, that's what I would do to Colossus instead of RMCing it.

OK, after viewing this video several times I'd say we petition Six Flags to redo Twisted Colossus into this work of art. 😆lol The ONLY THING I'd change(in my humble opinion...just me) is the mid break strip into a high double hanging stall as it tears through the course, call it Giant Twisted Colossus(again, no shade, just my opinion). Anyways, keep up the good work!!

the only issue with not having that mid course on a coaster this long is horrible operations. Without that mid course, it would only be able to run 3 trains (just like current Twisted Colossus) but with over double the ride duration of TC and over 10,000 feet of track, it would take about 9 minutes for a train to return all the way to the station which means that the fastest possible operations would be an average of 3 minute dispatches at best. The mid course allows 6 train operations, which makes the dispatch time a minute and a half at best, which is not only twice as fast, but is realistically achievable. As for the name, I didn't really put much thought into it lol but anyways, thanks for the feedback!

Nice concept. Could you try designing a dive machine for Steampunk District assuming that Scream gets relocated somewhere else? Now that we know SF can pull up the B&M card, I think MM could be the next one on the table to get something similar to Dr. Diabolical at my home park, since it would fit perfect with the steampunk theme!

Thanks! I highly doubt Scream is gonna get relocated or removed anytime soon, and I don't think it should either. I'd prefer it receive some actual theming, but apart from that, Scream is one of my favorite floorless coasters. As much as I also love Viper, I think it's more realistic that Viper would be removed and replaced by a B&M dive if that's what SFMM is planning on adding.
