Now this is something the mighty United States of America should of had decades ago. With this you could move millions of americans up and down the entire United States Eastern seaboard with great comfort and at speeds of up to 200 to 225 mph and not so much as a ripple on your martinis. I make the 831 mile trip from Lancaster Pennsylvania to Jacksonville Florida 3 times a year and takes me 11.5 to 12.5 hours by car. That same trip would take you 13.5 to 14.5 hours by EV. With the Atlantic bullet line, i could board in Philadelphia Pennsylvania and be in Jacksonville Florida in about 4 to 6 hours! A third alternative to travel, great for those of us who don't fly. Highspeed bullet trains and maglev super train technology, the new american dream..

The Acela wont go 300. And higher pitched tones are necessary for higher speeds or you won't be able to hear it well. The old Acela horns are actually terrible because the moment you can actually fully hear the horn the clearest is the moment its already too late...

Well don't forget, Europe in general has modern railway tracks that allow high speed trains to go as fast as they want whereas in the US the railway tracks were built back in the 1800s, so even high speed trains in the US have a limitation in speed. The new Acela though (The Avelia Liberty) will go speeds up to 260 kph which is a huge step forward for high speed rail in America 👌👏

@Adventures Of Amtrak Cascades 2023! Yes. I think it does too. However, I said give it a P2 because 1. It would be unique, and a nod to old Amtrak using P5's, and 2. I heard someone say they won't put a K5LA on it because it won't fit. P horns have a much smaller manifold, so it would be easier to put them on it. But for the love of God Amtrak, get rid of that awful European horn.
