@@brmbklif everyone did that, then there would be a lot more serial killers in the world and a lot more victims. Have a lawyer. Be truthful. Making up a lie is the worst thing you can possibly do. Just watched an episode where a guy was gay and too ashamed to give his real alibi so he didn’t say anything. They had enough circumstantial evidence to get him remanded without parole. By the time they found the evidence clearing him and went to get him released, he had gotten shived by an inmate for a balony sandwich and died. Your advice of not talking to the police got him killed.

This is why you don't lie to the police. It only makes you suspicious. I mean say you had a relationship and you slept with her, and then give your alibi based around the facts. Tell them about the toll ticket you supposedly had and then you can't get additional charges for interfering with an investigation.
@jaimeduncan6167 Жыл бұрын
Don't lie to the police, but don't talk without a lawyer either. They are not trying to find who did it, they are trying to prove their hunches are always right. If that was not the case we will not have 100s of videos with police planting evidence when they know they have a camera on the neck. Can you imagine what they did when there were no cameras? The same runs for the prosecutor they just want to win. We need to change public servants' education. So never lie, but wait for your lawyer.

This was likely more we can't practically really do that so we will have to improvise as best we can type of thing .
