Yes please do a vlog everyday of the training week, maybe outlining what you're doing so some of us could follow the week program. Would be really cool!

so far as pure strength goes I've never seen a climber like Magnus, the lock off starts as a 1 Arm pull up with an 8Kg in the other hand! and he can do it with a 20!

It is a pleasure to see your blog grow, slow and steadily in the past months. I watched you climb at the Canadian Nationals in Burlington around 2011/12 and was truly inspired. Keep doing what you do Magnus.

If possible I'd really like to see short, daily vlogs, even just 2-3 mins each day, as I think they would be quite insightful. I'd also like to know how you gauge what level of intensity to start at, so you know you'll be able to get through the full week's training programme you have in your head. Also any tips for motivation when training alone would be great to hear as I have a problem doing this, particularly when bouldering!

Hey Magnus, I think if youre not feeling comfortable doing a vlog everyday, do it every 2nd day or 3rd day. Everyone loves your vlog for seeing good quality climbingactions and climbingdailylife. Keep on going! Cheers

Good luck with the training block. I would like to see more videos from you in general so everyday would be great, but at the same time, I think it's important that you are proud of each video you put up, so if you think you are too tired (physically or mentally) to put up a video you are happy with at the end of a day, you shouldn't put one up just for the sake of it because you said you would.
@MrJurre7 жыл бұрын
Magnus, perhaps it could be nice if you write down the training schedule in the description. Like: Lock offs (#sets)x(#reps) campus small rungs #sets That way you don't need to film everything and we still have a clue on your load!

Don't worry about how you act or feel during the week of working out. Just be yourself and do what you can with the vlogs. People want to see the true you. And maybe have a test of before the week of body break down and after body break down

Hi Magnus! I have a question: Have you ever considered to participate in a different type of competition than climbing? I have been watching Ninja Warrior (especially American NW) several times and some of the upper body obstacles seems to be made for you! I think you could have ruled the hole competition! Anyway, nice video as always! My number 1 KZbin-Chanel!!

Oi Magnus! Do a VLOG everyday, dude, it keeps me motivated to watch your VLOGs. And of you're still doing Q&As, any hints on improvement in climbing for older climbers (I'm 55 and stuck on V4/23 sports). Would you say it's essentially the same as it is for younger climbers?

I agree, a short vlog everyday from the training would be nice, to see how you wreck your body! Anyways, nice work on all the vlogs! Just be patient and the subs will follow ;-)

That was really interesting to watch! Thanks for the great vlogs. I'd love to see a video from each day. You could do less talking and just footage with info in the description if you would find that easier than explaining everything this week. Good luck with the training!

Magnus, your always allowed to slack down on the video's in my opinion, uploading one video every day can be quite exsuasting, as long as you upload semi regulary, like once a week is good, more is of course better in order to gain subscribers and wiewers. It is also okay to not film everythinge, we don't want 1-10 hours long video's im sure xD, ik from exsperince from my workout sessions

Great video. Just gotta say though, when I first started climbing, some kid snapped his neck while bouldering at my gym. And I’ve been paranoid about bouldering alone ever since... I like having a spotter. 😂
@RewildingFlanders6 жыл бұрын
The poor kid broke his neck? Did he live? I fell 300 vertical meters down this summer during an AD climb in the Swiss Alps and survived with only a few cuts and bruises... But it gave me some mental problems during climbing...

Nice video! i need to try a lighter version of this exercises =P By the way i was wondering, you always say your left arm is weaker than your right arm, if thats the case, why not train it more so that both have equal strength?

I think short vlogs each day will be better, but if editing everyday is a pain with hard training then cut it into two. And stop pointing out how weak you feel after hammering out campus and muscle ups that half your subscribers are even lucky to do one rep of hahaha!!
