I've only ever used Garmin coaches. Put in there that I want to run a 10K in a certain time, indicate my current weekly mileage, pick a coach. Then it creates the program for me. I'd like to try Coros but am not sure they have this feature.

No they don’t have this feature yet. They have some generic training plans available and they’re adding more. I don’t know if they’re working on building an adaptive coach like feature.

i can`t say anything about creating a training plan within the gps watch system and getting told what to do by the watch while you run. I am neither into gps watches nor into computer stuff. Going out for a run this early day after day really takes a lot of discipline, thumbs up for being able to do that. Probably your chosen pace for the majority of the long run might be way too fast and therefore destroy the 80/20 running strategy funny enough i am currently also running some kind of 80/20, running 80+% of the time without taking along a stopwatch

Yeah this was was a bit of a niche/nerdy video. I’m probably at the point where I could go out and run at an easy pace without overdoing it. It’s taken me years to get there! I agree about the long run. I am concerned about that. I’ll be wearing a hrm to monitor that over the next few weeks. Thanks for watching!
