Using the Force Velocity Profile, we can make strategic decisions on how to perform maximal velocity training.
Typically velocity deficient athletes need more work in the speed-strength range to push up that side of the curve.
Force deficient athletes may need more time under a heavy barbell.

Very informative video sir. You should know that your are great coach and your videos are very clear cut to the point without any BS. Kindly make a dedicated video on metabolic demands of different sports as well the variation in between sports. Also sir , Kindly if you provide any knowlegde of what is the requirements of different sports like for e.g - To be a good sprinter you should have a good reaction time, also good explosive strength and speed endurance to maintain speed during acceleration zone. I think there would be a hundreds of beginners like me who would like to know the basic physiological demand of different sports.I hope maybe you can make some videos regarding these topics many will benefit from your videos.Thank you and love from India🇮🇳.
