Funny how accurate your coros is. My coros has my 5k race prediction at around 28 minutes even though my easy pace is faster than that. It also says i need 99 hours of recovery after a 1 hour easy run😂 if i followed what my coros said to do id only get in like 2 runs a week haha

When you stopped after the 5 mile marathon pace do you turn the timer off during that period or does it keep goin? Question from a beginner runner…you’re killing it bro 💪🏽 🔥

I paused my watch there so I could walk for a minute! Then resumed and did the 3 mile cooldown

I just bought actual running shoes & the difference from what I was using is so much, I have to get used to it cause I was running out of breath of how fast I was going! 😅 Keep up the videos bro, I'm working on doing my first half marathon in the next month or so then we'll see from there. 😎
