For this one, it took 12 minutes for my group to get over the start line. The best parts of the course were on 1st going back into town. Some guy dressed like darth vader playing foo fighters. Brutal hill after the high school. Mile 12 wasn't fun. It seemed like guad was uphill the whole time as well. Great turn going into Dean Keaton. The east side was a blur, tried to speed up at 23, but that was all she wrote. And the final hill, come on. Thanks for putting up the scenes from the day.

congrats on the run. what's it like running with DJI pocket...3? I think the form factor makes it great for running but wondering how robust it is? thanks!
@jeremy.miller8 ай бұрын
it's super easy to run with! Light weight and easy to hold. Only issue can be when turning it on while running, the gimbal doesn't always balance properly.

Thx for the excellent video and congrats on the race. How do you feel about the shoes after such a difficult course?
@jeremy.miller8 ай бұрын
I still like them! Definitely on the stiffer side, so just depends on what you like

How did your friend do? (the one without the shirt and the fly sunglasses? did he go sub 3 or bonk?

Question, are you using the 2before powder for lactic build up that occurs during the later stage of the race? And for your switchback electrolytes are you drinking all 3000mg sodium per-race? Thanks!

How is the Maurten consistency ? I like huma as it feels natural not like the GU thick frosting consistency. Thanks.
@jeremy.miller8 ай бұрын
Maurten consistency is unique, but the efficacy of the products make them far superior to anything else on the market

Crazy how your opinion of the Hyperion elite 4 is the exact opposite of most other reviewers (Kofuzi and Believe in the run especially)

What did they say?
@williamjarchow25778 ай бұрын
@@jeremy.miller stiff. Would be better if they made the move to PEBA foam. Plate not being as “poppy.” Kofuzi was a lil more positive towards it than BITR.

It's insane to see that you held an avg BPM of 174 over 3 hours. My first marathon was a few months ago and I finished it in 4 hours and 2 mins. My avg BPM was 164, and I thought I pushed it hard. How do you manage to hold such high BPM over 3 hours, any advice? I am going for 3:20 marathon this May.
@GrassFedKao8 ай бұрын
I wouldn't worry about comparing HR with others because there are too many factors in play there. Different Max HRs, genetics, etc. My friend my age averages 190 and goes well past 200bpm but my marathon efforts are usually low 160s and half marathon upper 160s
