Any advice on exertion headaches? Possibly upper neck muscles being tight forcing higher pressure in the arteries against the meninges? They suck!

Im struggling with my setup on sumo deads, cant get that hip external rotation, especially when weight gets heavy. ive hit pr today at my lightest bodyweight to date, so its moving up but consistency isnt there.

Yeah that's why I mentioned it's anatomical disparency not structural so the difference needs to be fixed somehow
