his videos on squat and deadlift with supertraining (with bracing basics in the squat video) are hands down best videos on youtube on how to perform those lifts imo

What's the device on/under the bar at 5:30? Bar speed?

Chris - what can an accessory do that the actual lift can't? the lift itself has the highest specificity, doesn't it?

Any advice on exertion headaches? Possibly upper neck muscles being tight forcing higher pressure in the arteries against the meninges? They suck!

Im struggling with my setup on sumo deads, cant get that hip external rotation, especially when weight gets heavy. ive hit pr today at my lightest bodyweight to date, so its moving up but consistency isnt there.

Hey Chris, what's your take on training with anatomical leg length disparency? Elevations in shoes and if so, what kind?

Yeah that's why I mentioned it's anatomical disparency not structural so the difference needs to be fixed somehow
