Have you heard of gamma knife radiosurgery. If you really have TGN, look into it and talk with a physician.

That was a several sets in. I usually take minimal break between sets as well. A nice trick is to use the weight like I do and put it out in front of you for more leverage and then move closer for a dropset effect.
