Glad you started a new series Robert, they come "just in time" for me. Perfect repetition and deeper digging into the lessons. Finally I don't have to wonder anymore what the russian lady is trying to explain to me!

Excellent video. I like your attention to detail and patience explaining the nuances of ME. I enjoy making my own WWII missions for friends to enjoy.

Glad to see you getting back in to making DCS tutorial videos! Looking forward to what you will be posting in the future. Do you plan to redo the "legacy" Su-25T tutorial videos as part of this training series?

Yessir! Redoing the old Su25T training series and at the same time releasing the A-10C II training series (both will have map editor tutorials to build out the missions as we go along). Thanks for the kind words! Excited for the training calendar. :D

Im so disappointed that the base fc3 tutorials dont have familarisation cockpit tutorials for the warthog with nav and landing too, such a shame. The su25 t tutorials from DCS are a bloody joke. For a newb like me (last flight sort of sim was DIDS f22 total air war and i loved it that much i bought a book as an addition on advancing to make the game so much more intuitive and it was bloody brilliant .It work as intended) DCS nav and landing tutorials leave you with a bad feeling of either im to dumb or it just doesnt do what it says or wtf. I aint investing in any aircraft worth more than a AAA game when they cant get the basics down with non clickable free or fc3 aircraft. A buggy mess and unintutive and no love for beginners at all. Im glad i got fc3 for a few quid so no loss really but i knew within a day or 2 it is very out of touch or they just think your a real pilot so just a heads up refresh to you. and wtf do i wanna fly a russian plane in russian atc and cockpit lingo (get f....d) yes theres mods but cant be arsed just like the developers of DCS. After the rant i do hope you can put some updated love into the free aircraft or the fc3 a10 warthog because DCS havent got a clue or they just dont care about how tutorials really work Good luck Rob and show the Devs how tutorials for newbs are really done (loved your last su25 t vids but they are indeed outdated and the constant updates of dcs break fc3 aircraft. not sure why but proves they dont give a damn and really it should be the main selling point for new players who havent had experience before). Good luck mate.

The base training is quite ... well ... basic; however, I can tell you the training videos I put together do take a LOT of work to produce. Eagle Dynamics does work to improve the game constantly yet they're working to build on top of a pretty old game engine. If you look at the improvements over time, the game has come a very long way and I'm super excited for the future of DCS World. :-) They are going for a simulator product, and I can tell you from real world experience that aviation is not always intuitive or easy... I imagine it's no doubt more complicated when you move into military aircraft. My goal is to make training videos that are easy to follow so that you can learn the intricacies of these more advanced aircraft and have fun mastering the systems and flight dynamics. And of course weapons employment against difficult targets! All of the FC3 aircraft should be very similar to the Su25T - in fact I'd say 95% of the controls are going to be identical between the FC3 aircraft and the Su25T. So everything in these updated tutorials *should* be applicable to any of the Flaming Cliffs planes; which is why I've never done a thorough tutorial series for any of the other simplified systems aircraft. You learn one, you pretty much learn them all. I actually just posted a video about this (because I've been asked a LOT about why I haven't made a FC3 training series) and I don't want you to feel like I'm singling you out with it; however, I'd love your feedback on it and please let me know if you notice any major differences between the Su25T updated tutorials and any of the FC3 aircraft - perhaps I'll do some focused training on those differences. :-D A-10C Training is coming very soon, I'm producing those videos in parallel with the updated Su25T series I'm just staggering the release a bit so that I don't overwhelm people with video posts.
