Hi, 1. AP team means Accounts Payable team who is responsible to process the invoice. 2. There are standard agent id given by SAP like user, work center, Organization etc. These standard agent id are sufficient in doing the assignment. We use the concept of agent type & id to trigger the workflow to the respective team.

Is it custom exception? If the business rule is green and it stuck with the same exception, there is a chance that it has been cleared and once you apply business rules it should move further to next exception
