Brilliant; always inspiring to watch Jan Frodeno! @ Zwift team: here is a low dev suggestion to make it more realistic for triathletes (after - of course - fixing the cornering issue of Jan’s avatar on the bike ;-) What about adding a button we can click on when riding on the aerobars, and which would take the aerodynamic boost into account? Alternatively, one could think of a small chip to attach to the aerobars, which the system would recognize when the hands are on it. Just a thought. In the meantime; thanks for these videos! Am off zwifting;)

@@hamzaa.8082 A few professionals I know think he's on PEDs. He never talks about the specifics of his training, his bike power in races, or anything for that matter. @cyclingcolumbus3 жыл бұрын
@@simpulsive_4484 Depends what you are looking/training for and your budget. On the kickr you put a bike you have, so you can train with your own setup. Wattbike is a complete bike by itself. I personally would go for a kickr, because you can use it with different bikes and it's much easier to transport & put away. Watts on the wattbike are probably slightly more accurate than kickr. What's your intend of use?

But when you use swift, you also ride alone through virtual landscapes. So that is also boring. Why not just watch some filme while riding indoors? I don’t get it why swift should be so great? I know you can do races on zwift but they usually don’t fit into a training plan. E.g. in the base period, it is not advisable to do a lot of hard races.
