you are such an inspiration, better to stick with basics, just having fun while training hard and ALWAYS listen to your body, he will tell you if u need a full day of REST or just light weight and low reps sets just to move blood

Translation: I do whatever I want (Does a Muscle up that is like a jump just for fun), because Is what I like (Does a couple of one arm pull ups) and I want to have fun. And im an absolute beast because its fun. 💪 Be strong, be Like Filip

actually diddnt expect this, cool calm collected approach but sure as hell beats the other ppl doing weighted calisthenics. On the real note this guy is a Maschine really helpful and appreciate the videos keep up with filming and information :3

That's solid. I also like to train in a similiar way, and to be honest, that's the only reason why I'm still consistent with my workouts. Becouse I like them and do them for fun. Keep up the great work

So if I understand correctly, 2 days a week of hard training, I am trying 3 days with few sets but high intensity, if I can't maintain it I will try 2 days 💪

Here’s how his routine looks based on the video: Day 1 (Hard) - Muscle-ups: 4x4-6 with weight - Pull-ups: 4x4-6 with weight - One-arm pull-ups: 3x5-7 with weight - Running: 20-30 minutes before strength Day 2 (Light) - One-arm pull-ups: 2x4 bodyweight - Pull-ups: 1-2 sets of 12-15 - Running: 15 minutes easy pace before strength Day 3 (Rest or Light) - One-arm pull-ups: 2x4 bodyweight - Optional muscle-ups or pull-ups: 2x8-12 light weight - Running: 10-15 minutes easy pace before strength Day 4 (Hard) - Muscle-ups: 4x3-5 heavy - Pull-ups: 4x4-6 heavy - One-arm pull-ups: 3x5-7 with weight - Running: 25-30 minutes before strength No accessory exercises, and running is done before strength training Have A Nice Day 😁
