Here’s how his routine looks based on the video: Day 1 (Hard) - Muscle-ups: 4x4-6 with weight - Pull-ups: 4x4-6 with weight - One-arm pull-ups: 3x5-7 with weight - Running: 20-30 minutes before strength Day 2 (Light) - One-arm pull-ups: 2x4 bodyweight - Pull-ups: 1-2 sets of 12-15 - Running: 15 minutes easy pace before strength Day 3 (Rest or Light) - One-arm pull-ups: 2x4 bodyweight - Optional muscle-ups or pull-ups: 2x8-12 light weight - Running: 10-15 minutes easy pace before strength Day 4 (Hard) - Muscle-ups: 4x3-5 heavy - Pull-ups: 4x4-6 heavy - One-arm pull-ups: 3x5-7 with weight - Running: 25-30 minutes before strength No accessory exercises, and running is done before strength training Have A Nice Day 😁
