Hi Jason... it would be awesome to see you talking about some crossfit pograms, for example: mayhem from Richs fronning, Mat Fraser programing, or "the program" from Jhon Singleton. I work in a box here in Spain, and we use this last one, and for a long time we used Marcus Filly program to, so if you want to analyze some of these ones it would be awesome. Thanks a lot for your work

I do 7 exercises gym day, 3 sets each. And I’m there for about 1.5 hours.

For real, if you took that actual workout serious and rested 2 to 3 minutes between sets that would take you like 3 hours to do this workout LOL

Wow that is the worst programme I have ever seen. Would love to see the coach who wrote this actually perform one of the workouts haha. Would be good to see you review a programme that is well written by a coach in the fitness space & explain why it's good even if it is different to your style etc. Thanks heaps though Jason, love these reviews

I had to look at the program after hearing Jason's comments. It really is terrible, no structure at all, no method to this madness. How can a chest & triceps day start with so much triceps work? In 20 years of training people, this is the worst thing I've ever seen and I've seen some corkers!

may not work for you but I am sure it works for most. Not sure why you are so Narcissistic in your training programs? High intensity had worked for many years and will continue to thrive. Old school fitness magazines like flex and ironman had workouts like this all the time.

You should maybe learn some basic energy systems before commenting and embarrassing yourself. Training for 2+ hours with junk volume is not high intensity.
