Hey Harry, just ran the last 50k of the North Face 100 course in Hong Kong. It was one of the best experiences for me, but it also took me 9 hours :D So cannot beleave how a human beeing is able to do the whole lengh in 12 hours (Without sightseeing and Photo taking obviously :D) Keep on doing what you are passionate about! Always enjoy your videos. Inspirational!!

I think the weather may be perfect for next weekend. Definitely cooler but some times a bit warm during the day. Time to rest and get ready for the race :)

Hey there Harry. I won 3rd place overall at Blood Rock 50. My time was 11:24. Not to mention there was over 7 inches of fresh snow on the course. But overall, outstanding.

Nice video. I'm such a recluse. Been to Buddha's Footprint more times than I can count, but not once to Base Camp for coffee. 555. Since I got a bike in June, I've been averaging about 400km/month and that's really taken the strain off my joints. That combined with hot springs, stretching and foam rolling really saved my year. I was able to keep up all my key running sessions (hill work/long runs) while always being able to back off and switch to cycling if I felt too beat up. Great content & GL in HK.

Good vid Harry. I was wondering if you could give a review about the new speed instinct 2, Atr 4 & Speedgoat 2 and why you would choose say the atr’s over the instincts for particular runs etc. thanks Harry

As always, great video! Question for your next Q&A: Do you think that someone who train on his/her own time, while working 40 hours a week, can realistically reach milestones like sub-15 for a 5 or sub-35 for a 10k?
@simonhaglundd

It's possible. I work 40h/weeks & have runned sub 32 for 10k.
