You want to stay on your toes and don't bend over when you want to slip, bend your knees keep your eyes up. I enjoy watching peoples journey watching them from the beginning to achieving what they set out to do. You can be great you just have to put in the work.

When you throw a jab I want you try pointing your toes forward while twisting you hip and shoulder staying on your big toe when you go for a cross twist that back foot act like your back leg knee is going into your front then twist that hip if you keep practing this drill everyday nonstop your punches will become terrifiying
