Training Update April

I wish you the best in your BQ effort in May. I will be pacing my daughter towards a 3:20 at a race in the US in May to see if we can get her a BQ plus race and hopefully share Boston 2025 together. It would be great if you get there too.

Yeah, still feels like yesterday. I watched the marathon video of 2020 today with Zayne, he is really into the run videos now :-) (not because of me, but the Disney characters :-)) It really doesn't feel like it was that long ago, but thinking about it, so much has happened since and so much has changed. My next Dopey I will be traveling with a 3 year old, last Dopey he was just an idea we had. :-) Can't wait to see everybody again, we will for sure have to organise some sort of meet up there.
