Duuuuude the water is so nice ! I recommend biking the east shore trail and doing lunch on the beach along the way 🏖 I’m gonna post up a video on it !

Low bar always tears my upper body (mostly elbows) up too when i’m powerlifting. Doing some curls, pressing, extensions with like 5lbs before squatting helped to alleviate it some but the biggest thing was not having my high percentage squat day before my high percentage bench day. So cool to see you on this PL journey finally! Cheers brah

Love it bro glad you figured it out ! My legs feel strong with the low bar so it’s a shame I’ll have to do this journey in the high bar …. But no excuses … let’s work 🤝🏽

@@yuckylavado i hope you can long term switch to low bar. It’s worth it if strength continues to be top priority

@@yuckylavado nice! Can't wait to see how I look at 18 years. Only 12 years here. I'm honestly impressed you're trying powerlifting after 18 years. My joints would not forgive me.

@@TerribleColI felt more stiff and injury prone in my late twenties than I do in my mid 30s! Intelligent game plans go a long way …
