If you can get Loz with you on the day before each event he seems extremely good at assessing the equipment and any technique changes you might need and also analysing which events to go all out on and which events to leave a little in the tank to maximise your points. Very good to have him in your corner.

Loz has experience with powerlifting as well, maybe ask about the possible crossover for bench strength. In any case you're still the GOAT

Seems like a ton of chest and tricep volume adding in those bench sessions. Are you changing your stack to aid recovery?

I’d say it’s actually a bit less chest and tricep work than I’m used to. It’s heavier on the shoulders though.

I did 3 runs with comp weight. Barely missed the 50lber on each set. So a little work to do on that event
