When Brittany is holding the bar for her bench her arms are shaking and I think, oh this must be a maximal effort, then she pulls out a crazy long pause and the easiest smoothest push ever... super impressive.

I dont wanna talk out of my ass, but I think that's a neurological thing. My arms shake no matter the weight and I saw somewhere it just happens with some people, and doesn't really effect the lifts.
