Start small. Mind over matter that shit. Just jump between parking lot lines, or the sidewalk grooves. If you feel pain then stop for a bit. Keep in mind these people have years of experiences. They have been keeping it real since 10.10.10 so they know what they are doing, so don't go trying stuff like this right off the bat.

They just need a parkour game not like the old freerunner one on ps2 but something like ac unitys parkour system but with way more added stuff kinda like a skate game. Basically so you have your own character to customize and gain experience and stuff, then you can unlock professionals each with their own movement style ans sets. Like callum would be amazing at precisions and someone like phosky would move incredibly fluid and quick. Phil doyle would be able to stride almost anything lol. David belle would be able to make huge building jumps and take drops. Same with like dom with dive fronts, etc.

Anonymous Guy after training parkour for a long time there is a very low chance of being seriously injured because we know literally every way to bail out of a jump or a vault without getting hurt. Also parkour athletes know how to fall and roll so that if they do mess up on a jump they can roll and recover without getting hurt
