One of favs. Chris, u have an awesome channel. And bringing guys on like the shed certainly doesn’t hurt. Shed and Milos are two of the greatest. Keep it up, we keep watching. Thx.

Great conversation guys! James, instead of posting the gym videos you could always post them to your stories. I don't think that would mess with your algorithm and you wouldn't have to worry about flooding people's feeds

On the social media piece Milo’s is very wise and I get his angle on social media. He only cares about the platform it gives for “ bodybuilding “ he’s like damn all that other stuff that really does makes social media unlikable. That’s what I’m learning because outside of fitness and business social is not worth a damn

Lifting got better without the ego !!! Better muscle connection mentally than obsessed with upping numbers. Plus extra rest days for me personally

This is critical advice on training. Forwarding episode to BBing clients. No matter how much I say or demo, the idea of targeting tension vs. max’ing lbs, eludes most. If your 1/2 the size of a Pro like Jay or Phil in prime, but lifting more than they are, somethings off.

I forgot to bring my knee wraps a few weeks ago and have been getting the best quad loading in years ever since. Seems that with reverse banding hacks and knee wraps I've been cheating myself out of the juiciest quad loads at those acute knee angles deep in the hole. Dunno if the science agrees, but I'm feeling it massively more in the teardrop (vastus medialis).

Yep, the science agrees 💪🏼

Similar advice can apply to diet, how many bf20%+ are still stuffing in food bc you “gotta eat big to get big” (non-clients but it’s obvious).

Why are you holding the mic like some stand-up comedian? Why don’t you just buy a mic stand for $20?
