Wonderful application of the favorites journal. Imagine if we let this tool help us to always focus on the positive end of any topic, subject or aspect! Thank you for your kind compliment. I am not really a big movie watcher, but I do like Jim Carey movies, great laugh and other comedies, also true story movies intrigue me to look at how vibration is factoring in. I do watch quite a bit of documentaries about World War 2 when I have the time. There was so much going on during that period that I find very intriguing and it is clear to see the vibration effect at work.

Hey Brian, One thing that I keep hearing is inspired action. You talk about it, and so do other teachers like Earl Nightingale, and Bob Proctor. I was wondering if you could elaborate more on this subject. Thanks for reading this comment, and for all the work you do. Cheers!

You are welcome. Inspired action is action you want to do, it feels good in the thought about doing, it's action that draws you in so effortlessly. It's not action you should do, or must do or have to do. The action that appeals to you to want to do is coming to you as a result of being in good feeling thought energy. That stream of positive emotional energy has you receiving the path of details to desires and inspired action is part of those details. Cheers, Brian

That’s fine too, but try to get more positive emotions or even relaxation, I find that works too

If you take notice you will realized that in every moment you are feeling an emotion and that emotion is telling you if your present moment is high vibe or low. If you are feeling high vibe great, keep doing what you are doing and if low then you can reach for different thoughts / perspectives until you find one that feels good. There is not one way to feel good, it's really unique to each of us and my book The Book of Life helps you to learn how to find those thoughts that will allow you to see how any situation is serving you and therefore take you to high vibe thoughts.

If you continue to increase you time in high vibration thought energy you will be allowing yourself to receive the wonderful paths to all of your dreams and desires in very satisfying ways. High vibration opens the door to all things wanted.

What would you recommend to use as a daily emotion tracker?

It's a very simple tool. You can use a note pad or even a tablet or other device. Just have 2 columns. One to indicate your activity or what you are thinking about and the other to indicate the emotions present. You can stop every 1 to 2 hours and just jot down some quick entries which will keep you very aware through the day on your emotional output and also you will pick up on negative thinking trends and patterns which you can work on to get back into a positive place.
