Me 20 year ka students hu jo vegiterian family se He .and 2 month se gym ja rha hu aapki begining series follow kar rha hu .my weight is 70 kg .mere liye deit or excercise ke liye kuch bataye..work out konsa karu ? Kese karu?

Sir ..left shoulder me cutting aa ri h or right perfect bulk ho ra h ..or cutting vala hand week b n thoda bulk hand k muqable ...ab cuting vale shoulder ko kese shi kru sir plese batao do ..muscle imbleanace ho gya h I think pless hlp kr do sir..

Sir please knee health pe help karna.. People tell that running 2-3 kms reduces the grease of knees.. And a person may suffer osteoarthritis on future.. I am becoming afraid of running.. Please guide sir..

Guru ji Dead lift and squats bataiye please And ek series mein Home gym excercises ke liye equipment mein Dumbbells and Rod only k sath bataiye without any machine. Kuch log gym jana afford nai kr skte ya ghr se door but thora weight ghr pe hi la k train kr skte hain

Rear delt exrcs or behind the neck press is the main reason most of the shoulder injury happens.. actually our shoulders natural function does not include any pressing movement from behind the neck,especially when you are bringing the weight that down to lower neck... Many certified trainers and IFBB professionals nowadays advocates to stay away from the behind the neck press exercise and avoid shoulder injury..
