सही कहा गुरु जी यह डंडे वाले एक्सरसाइज लिखने में सरल लगती है लेकिन यहां बहुत जबरदस्त एक्सरसाइज है आपने सही कहा इसे अच्छो अच्छो की हवा निकल जाती है

My late grandfather taught me this exercise. He used to call it "Danda parate". If you be consistant with it you will become near unbeatable in arm wrestling and grappling.

Maan gayee guruji.Rope curls exercise I did for a minute and my forearms swelled.Great
