सही कहा गुरु जी यह डंडे वाले एक्सरसाइज लिखने में सरल लगती है लेकिन यहां बहुत जबरदस्त एक्सरसाइज है आपने सही कहा इसे अच्छो अच्छो की हवा निकल जाती है

After 20 years or so when this legendary gurus and Desi indian body builder wont be there on youtube then all these ppl who are making fun of it,will understand there true worth..its very easy to mock our traditional indian body builders from your AC room but see the hard work they are putting in,Hats Off to all indian gurus !

Very few people work on forearms. Forearms make the arm look impressive! Traditional method was interesting. Thanks for the video! Dhawan ji and Mukesh Bhai Jabardast! 💪

Sabse badiya lagta Hain ki mukeshji guruji k age ek swar nahi uthate...jaisa guru kehte hain ,we bilkul waisa karte hain..hats off to you mukesh bhaiya.

My late grandfather taught me this exercise. He used to call it "Danda parate". If you be consistant with it you will become near unbeatable in arm wrestling and grappling.

Nice very nice. Learned a lot new today for forearms that probably no other can teach. Techniques perfected by experience over the years is definitely a admirable speciality of passionate teachers.

That exercise with stick is called latai... It's the best for forearms and wrist
