Hello everyone today we are staring our new series from Nursery Level to Champion Level, we are showing you the training method for beginner, developing strength, and become a champion these six different levels you have to cross if your want to become a champion. This series at least four episodes, If you follow this you will know what is bodybuilding according to our experience.
