Sir g big fan of u from Pakistan and have huge respect for mukesh ji never seen any humble student as him . With due respect either u can edit the videos if concern is to keep them short or give mukesh ji bit of time to regain the strength i feel he was uncomfortable in this video.

sir ji ek request hai jab mukesh ji exercise kar rahe hai than for every set aap unko proper rest do 2 to 3 min ka is dooran aap video pause kar sakte ho , jab mukesh ji recover karenge then aap video resume kar sakte ho and video ke liye aap ko alag se workout karne ki jarurat nahi, as mukesh ji ka daily exercise ka hi video shoot karo pause leke is tarah mukesh ji recover bhi ho payenge and unka actual lifting strength bhi samaj ayega, hope you will understand my point

Dear Guruji, My trainer says don't Masturbate if you want to be bodybuilder. I'm 19 years old and sometimes i loss my control and I'm masturbate. About Indian fitness youtuber gurumann Sir says don't masturbate and other fitness utubers says masturbation dosn't affect on muscle growth i want to know that can masturbation affect on muscle growth..??
