That's incredible!! I've been following this routine too since the last 3 months but was very inconsistent, at least could do 10 times in a month. Okay, I'm 4 inches off the ground on my left side now. (I actually measured it with a ruler) Here and there I've been trying out other 20 minute routines with this one but I always stretch 40 minutes total, morning and night. I'm actually getting so close. Right leg is a bit iffy though but I'm still gonna focus on both sides. Bare in mind before this I was no where near touching my toes, like I'd just get past my knees. And I do long distance running and high jump (like once a year for sports day but I was pretty decent)
@bimboodekunle27324 жыл бұрын
I think in a couple more days I'll have my left side. My right side is like 5-6 inches off the ground and when I stretch that side it doesn't feel comfortable at all.

I've been using your stretching and floor barre videos as a form of physiotherapy to heal a major injury I've been suffering with for 2 years. I've been doing your exercises nearly every day for the last month. In my opinion, they've been more effective and helpful than my paid physio. Thank you so much for making this content. It helps more than just aspiring ballerinas, but even random dudes who just want to be healthy so they can better provide for their wife and family. Thank you thank you thank you

ok but i’m a dancer and i don’t have my spilts, and it’s always been super difficult for me to get them! i’ve always been the odd one out, and always the only person in the dance room who doesn’t have their full splits. i’ve followed other stretching routines but i just am never consistent. i’ll do it one day, and then not stretch until like a week later! it sucks. BUT i’ve been doing this stretching routine 3 days in a row and i SWEAR i am SO close to my splits! i feel and can see the improvement! thank you so much i feel like if i continue to follow along to this routine, i’m going to get my splits in a week or less!!! this is INSANE. for anyone who’s been trying for a while to get their splits, don’t give up!!! i’ve been stretching on and off for YEARS! i realized that i just need to stick to a good stretching routine and be CONSISTENT!!! you got this!!! 💗💗💗

@mikir84984 жыл бұрын
you could be sore if you havent worked out in a while, like if you were to go for a run for the first time in a month and your quads might be sore the next day. make sure you are properly warming up the muscles and dont over stretch. stretching shouldnt be painful and you shouldnt feel any sharp pains. stretching should be more of an uncomfortable feeling than painful.
