I love all the exercises you do in your workout videos <3 They look and seem easy, but there's a certain way you have to do them and certain things you have to do while doing the exercise. It's perfect and SO smart!! And as a ballerina, I will be using these exercises daily to help me get a strong core. Thank you!!!

YAY!! I just got my splits on both sides!!! I never did any sports that involved flexibility when I was younger so I thought I would never be able to do the splits. Four months of doing this workout twice a week and I got them- now onto middle splits. Thank you so much Louisa. I’m so happy- best splits stretch I’ve ever tried.

Maybe the workout concept contradicts the principles of classical ballet, which is based on beautiful sequences that guarantee a combination of diffetent harmonious movenents, not focusing on excessive repetition and limited to certain muscular districts. The style of workout loses balley"s beauty, safety and harmony.
