Yes it is, they control the level crossing barriers from it and they have to collect/give the token to the trains when they go onto/come off of the single track sections

This is the 3 car class 158 going to Barnstaple. This is the 2 car class 150234 probably came from Barnstaple or Okehampton. Trains 🚊 run 🏃‍♂️ between Exeter and Crediton every half hour per day. Class 150265 is probably going to Okehampton. Crediton is a long passing loop 🔂 on the single line because to allow trains 🚊 to pass each other at the same time 🕰️. Trains 🚊 runs from Exeter to Okehampton on the Dartmoor line and from Exeter to Barnstaple on the Tarka line everyday and public holidays except Christmas 🎄🤶 🧑‍🎄 🎅 Day and Boxing 🥊 Day. Class 158s are nice 👌 and warm inside because they have central heating and carpet. All class 150s, 158s, 165s and 166s have a toilet 🚽 🚻. On the branch line, Eggesford also has a short passing loop 🔂 as well. Crediton is a small town in mid Devon in the southwest of England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿. I have been to Crediton before. Here is the 2 car class 150265. Nice 👌 green 🟩 train 🚊. 😎😎😎😎😎 👍👍👍👍

158950 didn't go to Barnstaple the first time due to a problem on the line and instead terminated at Crediton and returned to Exeter out of service, the second time it did though...
