Yes even Clapham Junction was busy station that's why they have so many South Western Railway between platform 3 to 11 but some of them pass through on platform 9 and 8 like Weymouth, Salisbury, Alton, and Portsmouth Harbour (and maybe Basingstoke) calls at Woking for the first route and Southern and Gatwick express platforms are between 12 and 16 I think. Platform 12 and 13 goes to the Brighton main line towards Gatwick airport and 14 and 15 goes via Crystal Palace route between London Bridge and West Croydon and platform 16 are the southern service to Milton Keynes Central goes via the west coast main line. And platform 1 and 2 is the London Overground between Dalston Junction and Stratford.

The Basingstoke and the Alton trains calls at Surbiton first when they pass through at Clapham Junction and platform 3 and 6 is between WeyBridge, Reading, Windsor and Eton Riverside, Hounslow and Teddington via Richmond and platform 10 and 11 is between Guildford, Dorking, Chessington South, Hampton Court, Shepperton, Woking and Strawberry Hill via Kingston
