Hello everyone, MT here with the usual trainspotting action. About 80 minutes at York railway station on the East Coast Mainline in the beautiful warm sunshine. 60103 ‘Flying Scotsman’ was running the second half of the “Cathedrals Express” rail tour to Edinburgh taking over from 86259 ‘Les Ross’ after it did the London to York leg. The locomotive as ever attracted many rail enthusiasts with their own cameras. Other than the Scotsman and the Network Rail HST, there was the usual passenger services.
Trains include: Virgin Trains EC HST’s & 225 sets, CrossCountry Voyagers, Transpennine Express 185’s, Northern 150 & 158’s, Grand Central 180’s, NMT HST, West Coast Railways 47, 86259 ‘Les Ross’ and BR class A3 60103 ‘Flying Scotsman’ steam loco

MARIO SONIC You'll see that with northern rail the most. Their company got took over by arriva from serco abellio on 1st April 2016. Northern rail is now Arriva Rail North.
