Thankyou Wolfgang! It wasn’t a completely successful day. Somehow my phone had run out of data, so I couldn’t see the app that tracks where all the trains are. So I missed a few due to being in the wrong place. But we live to fight another day!

Good video. Lots of variety and good annotations. Must be a tricky place to film, with all the gantry supports, fences and signals blocking the view.

Yes, the electrification of the railways didn’t do a lot for the aesthetics!!

I practically had the best and worst day of my life in tamworth that day, mostly all the wcml stock I caught but all the photos or videos were just rough

That’s a shame. I missed quite a bit tbh, my phone ran out of data so I couldn’t track where and when the trains were coming, so missed a few nice freights due to being in the wrong place, or looking the wrong way and not having time to set up a shot. But I guess it gets us out in the fresh air for a bit, and unlike fishing we know we’ll catch something!

Just a couple of hours - it was cold and damp, my phone wasn’t working and wanted to get home before the rush hour!!
