Every time I think, "Well, this is the most challenging one yet..." I could NOT have done this one 6 months ago. Three pound weights are the lowest I have. Someday, I hope to be able to keep my arms straight while doing this one! It helps that my friend and I have been using Isoflex stress balls to squeeze while doing the "regular" HIIT workouts. Keep them coming, Naomi. We love you!

Whoa! That was a CHALLENGE! The light weights really make a huge difference; I had to go from 3 to 2 lbs. for some of the intervals, but still felt it and LOVED it! 12-20-23

Good morning Naomi! Girl, you are strong 💪🏼. I was using 1.5 pound egg weights, I really like the egg weights for rebounding they’re easy to hold onto, but I was struggling with 1.5 pounds 🤣 You are amazing!! Great sweaty start to my Monday!! 🙏❤️

I also used 3 pounds, but my arms were shaky for a while afterwards! I had also tried video for abs before and after this one, and I really loved them all. Great combo. Thanks to you, Naomi.

Wow this workout is one of my favourites - it was very challenging and the last 5-10 minutes were so hard. I almost kept your tempo the whole way but rested in the 15 sec blocks for the last 10 minutes!! I love the combo of cardio and strength it really feels like a balanced workout and I feel I am getting the best fitness and toning results from these ones! Thank you again!! xx
