Awesome! In most of my HIIT workouts I do each exercise for 45 secs, so you can really master the move! I’m glad you enjoyed this workout! Thanks for letting me know!

I hope you're feeling better each day! Please make sure to not over do it. If you feel covid in your lungs, you should avoid doing cardio, as you could make the sickness worse. I had covid too and had to take time off from bouncing! Take care! :)

thanks for this! i can tell its going to be a popular video -- it already has over 300 views! as it should, because the production is flawless! i like the 30 sec intervals too, and the star jumps, though as anyone who has had a baby in the last few years probably knows, one can only safely jump up and down so energetically in the privacy of ones own home due to potential accidents 🤣 it seems like my pelvic floor should be repaired by now due to all the pilates -- i dont really know how that works though! hahaha.

Lucky me, I have discovered the best rebounding workouts KZbin has to offer... Thank you, Naomi Joy! What a blast this routine was! Fantastic music, audio clarity, and cuing of technique... plus your joyful composure. Question, if I may: where did you find the delightful chime that sounds at the end of a work interval? Tabata apps I've used have a terrible sound like a buzzer when time runs out at basketball game.

I love that you noticed my chime sound. I actually picked it because it reminds me of a the sound from children story book records from the 1980's! I think I bought the chime sound of of itunes! I gave this a thumbs down because you only had a 9 sec rest that does not allow ANY time to wipe your face, much less take a drink of water or even check your iWatch for your heart rate. No water for 30 min with continuous HIT is NOT good idea. I was disappointed about that. The exercise is good but the water intake is missing. Who really wants to lean over and pause their computer??

Just to take a sip of water. HIT classes allow for a sip of water and wipe your face with a towel.

Fair enough! This workout is meant to be challenging. If you need a break, you could just start a few secs late on the next exercise. However, you are absolutely allowed to have your own opinion. If you enjoy this type of workout, I would suggest trying on of my 20 min videos to help build the stamina for the longer ones, like this one. Most of them have 15 secs of rest.
