Naugatuck Rail "Autumn Colors Limited" Train Ride • RR Museum of New England Thomaston, CT

Welcome aboard the Autumn Colors Limited train on the Naugatuck Railroad, one of several seasonal rides featured at the Railroad Museum of New England in Thomaston, Connecticut. The train, led by a classic EMD GP9 Locomotive 686, makes its way to a ravine in East Litchfield, CT offering beautiful views of the Fall foliage and hills. We then change directions, now led by former Metro North SPV-2000, toward Watertown and Waterbury with a stop at Fascia's Chocolate Factory (we stayed on the train as others disembarked). The train creaks its way up and down hills and around bends, over bridges and through Finally the train heads back North towards its final stop of Thomaston Station.
