Jim, thanks for this another great video of one of the jewels of the world. We are so lucky here in Bocas del Toro to see these species. I encourage them at Hospital Point by promoting Melastoma species. These birds taught me to eat their preferred fruit and now I compete with them a tiny bit. The other competitor is the Golden-collared Manakin. I saw a pair yesterday in the Melastoma by my house. Thanks for this beautiful film. Clyde Stephens

It's easy to bird in Panama so many cool birds are everywhere. This is a really beautiful bird. I wish they would come to Florida but I don't think they ever wonder anywhere far. Thanks for sharing these beautiful birds. 👍🙂

We are gifted here in Panama with some good birding. Unfortunately, honeycreepers do not get to Florida. But hey, I don't get Florida Scrub-Jay down here. Thanks for watching.
