If you’re in the US, it’s absolutely possible to find a non-binary inclusive top surgeon & therapist (for the letter you’ll need). I’m pretty sure my therapist still wrote the letter to emphasize my dysphoria and the trans masc aspect of my gender, but I never read it myself so I’m not sure. Most insurance companies are still incredibly against non-binary medical transition. If you look up your insurance company’s specific trans health policies, you’ll be able to tell by the way they word things. They really need to update those. Trans people can be binary or non-binary, and it’s sad how few people understand that 😔 Non-binary trans also doesn’t equal “no body dysphoria”. I see that misconception all over the internet. We’re all unique and that’s okay 🌈
