Are you being deliberately obtuse? It's 4s with no announcements. The lads get 35 seconds and everyone named. On a 23 minute video it would have been no bother to offer the women equal standing.

Still shows the women on the podium & the women's results at the end. There was 120 riders, 115 of them were men. Proportionally it's quite a fair representation in terms of screen time compared to the rider/gender ratio.
