Let me say being a trans woman.. You said some amazing positive things. You just keep being you, your worth is more valuable to you. Don't let anyone take that away from you .. Much love and respect.😍🌈🌈

So for me as a trans man I feel happy for you that you can embrace your femininity the way you like it. I want to mention that I have noticed that other people’s opinions are somehow very important to you. I think it’s important to define femininity for yourself. The other thing I want to mention is that I think that everyone has to get away from their socialization as males or females. It would be a great point of boys would be showing emotions more and girls could be more masculine without judgement. And I want to tell you that everyone is so critical about themselves and that like literally nobody is looking at you and is seeing your flaws. And of course you are absolutely not fat and ugly. It was a new information to me that women have a higher percentage of bodyfat. I just thought that the fat is in different places. 😅 It’s a very calming experience to hear you talk so openly an straight forward.

I feel the same interest in trans women's perspectives and I've been watching some on youtube as you did as well. I think trans women must have a much clearer idea or feeling of what femininity means. I'm a cis woman and I usually don't think so much about my feminine identity. I just take that as given but that also limits my perspective. I'm sure that trans women could give a much clearer answer to the question of what it means to be feminine. I also really liked your ideas about femininity that comes from the inside rather than just focusing on externals like clothing and make up.

Out of curiosity, which cultures were you raised in and when? I think I remember you saying once that you have Turkish parents and maybe grew up somewhere there, and that later you moved to somewhere in Canada. So I'm curious what differences you observed between gendered expectations in those cultures. Were the differences between boys and girls different in those places? What about where you're living now? (I think you've mentioned the country, and I'd name it, but I'm not sure how open you are about it.) Related, I've heard other people say that when people move between cultures they're often seen as outsuders. Paradoxically I've heard that can actually make it easier for those of us who are outsiders anyway due to autism or lgbt identities, because (they say) many cultures don't hold immigrants to quite the same cultural standards (including gender standards) as they do for natives. I wonder if your experience leads you to have any perspective on that view. (I am a queer autistic trans woman from the US, and my wife and I are considering moving to Europe in coming years, so this curiosity isn't purely theoretical for me.)

I was raised in turkey (Istanbul) until i eas a teenager and then i moved to canada. The culture is highly fat phobic in turkey that’s for sure! And also homophobic. So moving to canada was very healing in that way. I live in italy now, and honestly it’s similar everywhere. I’m not sure about gendered expectations, as I don’t go outside much 😂 but i think it’s similar to other places in the world.

Being a lesbian, are you attracted to trans women? Like would you date a trans woman?

I feel like I kind of covered this in the video but yes of course! If you want more specifics I wouldn’t date every trans woman just like I wouldn’t date every woman, but one that I’m attracted to, absolutely!

@@SadieP sorry I wasn’t sure, I know you talked highly of trans women and that you have learned some valuable lessons in life about being feminine. Wasn’t sure if you would actually date one. Even though I’m a trans woman, I am still only attracted to women. Nothing has changed for me in that aspect. Still attracted to same type of women. Thank you for responding. Would love to be able to keep in contact with you if you’re open to that.

Fwiw I wiiiiiiish I had your curves. Nine and a half years into hrt, my fat still likes collecting in my belly, and relatively little of it in my hips and ass.
My teacher keeps calling me sexy and I’m confused about it…
