I will always choose cruises with the most sea days! Nothing but relaxing and sleeping on the sea waves! Love it!

We do too! What do you think about sea days when the ocean is rough with big swells?

I prefer sea days vs port visits to dangerous third world locations. I love being out on the water.

Sea days are the best! Especially on a transatlantic when you get those long stretches of nothing but ocean all around. It’s the perfect time to kick back and totally chill. Sure, some people might not love being out in the middle of nowhere for that long, but we love it! There’s just something so peaceful about it.

@ I gained my love of the open ocean when I was in the Navy on the Pacific and Indian Oceans. I even got to experience a couple of typhoons. Rough seas, not a problem. 🙂

Not all ports of call are dangerous third world locations.

@ True, but I like sea days way more than port visits. I’ve often thought of cargo ship travel instead of cruises for that very reason. The thought of many days at sea just appeals to me more than port visits.

Tenerife - TEN-ER-EEF, hope this helps

That’s really interesting! When we visited Tenerife, our tour guide pronounced it as 'teh-ner-ee-fay,' and a quick Google search confirmed the same pronunciation. If I ever mispronounced the name of this beautiful island, my sincerest apologies to the wonderful people of Tenerife-it's truly a stunning place, and I’m always happy to learn and get it right!
