Thanks. Now I will start to apply in my practice. It just shows how amazing and advantageous to have an ultradound knowledge and apply it in clinical practice.

You deserve an Oscar! This is an amazing reference and presentation. Thank you. Ps. I've been taught not to angle correct for MCA, and can't appreciate if you do angle correct for that ACA?

Hey Mr Henry, thank you for your help and the knowledge that you give us. I have a question if you don't mind. While we scan PCA from Suboccipital window what are the depths of P1 and P2? Thank you? I mean do the depth changes or stay same as temporal window 60-70 mm?

Very informative much obliged.. I can't help but wonder are the mca measurements so high because of no angle correction.. we shouldn't angle correct in tcd? If we do a ratio of Mca non angle correced /to extracranial ica with angle correction would that be accurate

@thecrosscheckers33344 жыл бұрын
Which machine would you recommend for transcranial Doppler? Which vendor
@SonographicTendencies4 жыл бұрын
Any machine with cardiac apps and a phased array probe should be fine. We use GE logiq 9

Can you make a video that shows where ICA should be dopplered terminally near the MCA and ACA?
@kaylasipper63002 жыл бұрын
I’ve been showed where it was dopplered and the flow be antegrade and I’ve also seen people doppler and it be retrograde. What is the correct way?
@SonographicTendencies2 жыл бұрын
@@kaylasipper6300 I just find the bifrucation of the MCA ACA and angle down you’ll see a lone circle that’s the ICA
