good pace on the video, easy to follow. I'm in the same camp, only running with choke partially engaged. Pulled the carb and cleaned things up, but the main jet is "welded" in and won't come loose. I ran a copper wire strand up there and it looks like decent flow... I'll button it up tomorrow and see what's what. Thanks!

I Hate Those Stupid Plastic Idle Screws , They Cross Thread If Your Not Careful & They Break Off As Well. Other Then That , I Love Honda Motors. So Easy To Rebuild, Parts Are Cheap & They Last For Ever, If You Look After Them Properly With Oil Changes ETC

If the fill hole is opened too, it may drain faster. I wish the gas-tank had a drain plug. Are you suppose to drain the tank through the carburettor?

yes or just take off the fuel line

I have a Honda gx160 when i start it, it starts good when i go to move the choke back down it accelerates to the max, instead of it staying stable. Can you give me an idea what it could be. Thanks

Hi L and M, A question for ya! Why would a new exhaust muffler on the gx200 cause back fires and rough running. I replaced the exhaust on my gx200 honda and it back fired badly and loud/rough. I ended up putting back on the old one. The new muffler is a little smaller than the old one, would that cause it?
